I found my niche in recruitment over eighteen years ago. The industry really appealed as I could use my interest in business, psychology and working with people to make positive changes in their lives. As well as being a co-owner of Metro I also actively recruit positions within Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Support and Aviation. I still get a buzz out of every placement our team makes and am passionate about making a great match.
After my initial years in Generalist recruitment and having a strong interest in healthcare I expanded into recruiting for the healthcare sector; in turn establishing myself as an expert recruiter in the industry. I have developed excellent relationships with my clients and candidates and have an extensive database of exceptional candidates for both permanent and locum roles.
