Caroline began her career working in Advertising and Marketing and is now one of the most respected and experienced recruiters in the recruitment industry.

In the twenty plus years she has been recruiting Caroline has gained invaluable experience working across a range of industries and sectors has an in-depth knowledge of positions, skill levels and people.
She has strong business acumen and her knowledge of corporates, agencies and media companies is second-to-none, as is her data-base of outstanding candidates across these sectors.

I found my niche in recruitment over eighteen years ago. The industry really appealed as I could use my interest in business, psychology and working with people to make positive changes in their lives. As well as being a co-owner of Metro I also actively recruit positions within Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Support and Aviation. I still get a buzz out of every placement our team makes and am passionate about making a great match.
After my initial years in Generalist recruitment and having a strong interest in healthcare I expanded into recruiting for the healthcare sector; in turn establishing myself as an expert recruiter in the industry. I have developed excellent relationships with my clients and candidates and have an extensive database of exceptional candidates for both permanent and locum roles.
